What you eat fuels your training, and yet it’s something we either neglect completely or obsess over in unhealthy ways. Rebel Monk Fitness advocates a middle way of eating good healthy food most of the time, with the odd doughnut thrown in for good measure.

How you approach your training affects how well you train. And that same mindset affects how you perform in your sport or cope with adversity in real life. So we often talk about what’s going on in our heads here at Rebel Monk Fitness.
Tailored Training
No following the exact same bland programme as everyone else. We take a lot of time and care to ensure that your training meets your needs. And if you have any questions about anything in your programme, we’ll answer them.
Nutrition Advice
Worrying about the latest fad-diet? Wondering whether you should be eating more? Or less? What about protein? Is this burger okay? Just drop us a message and we’ll say what we think.

We will call you on your bullshit. But we’ll also help you smash through your insecurities. The Rebel Monk Mindset is one of both brutal honesty and total compassion.
High-tech Training
We deliver our service through online software which serves as the “gym instructor” for each of your training sessions. You can access this via the web or through a mobile app.

We like our food here at Rebel Monk Fitness, so are constantly on the lookout for recipe ideas that make nutrition easy. In our members area we have links to a growing number of recipe books.
No Worries
No more worries about whether you should be doing exercise A or B, or whether you should have a rest day. All your programming is taken care of, allowing you to just let go and enjoy each session.
