Whether you are training for ultramarathons, to compete in a combat sport, or just aiming to make walking up the stairs easier, Rebel Monk Fitness takes the same care in designing a programme specifically for you. Every action has a purpose.

But following a training programme is only part of the puzzle. You shouldn’t have to rely on a personal trainer forever. The Rebel Monk approach is one which helps you develop your own inner-coach. That voice in your head is with you a long time, through the thick and thin of life. It needs the same care and attention that your body does.

Why train online?

Online personal training is something that bridges the gap between traditional personal training and having a dedicated coach or mentor. You’re no longer paying for an hour in a gym, but for support and results from an experienced coach

How would online coaching help me?

Everyone can benefit from support and advice from a professional. You might go to a mechanic to fix your car or a doctor to treat an illness. When you are out for a meal, you expect the person cooking it to be a professional, but we rarely take the same approach with our fitness. Instead, we tend to take a DIY approach. But having a personal trainer can help you reach your goals efficiently without hundreds of hours of research and wasted effort on your part. Our job is simply to help you get from where your fitness is to where you want it to be in the best way for you.

You’re not just given your programme and left to fend for yourself. We’ll have regular 1-2-1 coaching calls via Google Meet or Skype to help you get the most out of your training.

Community Events

A couple of times a year, we try to bring together our little band of Rebel Monks for some social training in person. Currently in the works are events in Cambridge, UK and Hanoi, Vietnam for 2024.
